Ordinary People in Extraordinary Conflict

    Ordinary People in Extraordinary Conflict

Originally created for the New Brunswick Museum, this bilingual touring exhibition Ordinary People in Extraordinary Conflict / Des gens ordinaires en temps de conflits extraordinaires, focussed on the experience of war for all New Brunswick. The show was remounted as part of an exhibition at the Canadian War Museum.

Client: New Brunswick Museum / Musée du Nouveau-Brunswick

The design was conceived as an immersive experience inspired by the personal stories of individuals at home and at the front in both the First and Second World Wars.

This bilingual exhibition included hundreds of artifacts and photographic reproductions, multi-media content, and a variety of interactive elements that enhanced the visitor experience of the narrative.
